Custom fit
- How does custom-fit tailoring work?
- On pieces marked Custom Fit you can enter your own measurements. We ask only for what that garment needs, check each measurement against its accepted range, and cut the piece to them.
- Can I pay cash on delivery for a custom-fit piece?
- No. Custom-fit orders are prepaid online, because a piece cut to your measurements cannot be resold if the delivery is refused. Standard sizes can still be paid cash on delivery.
Orders
- How do I track my order?
- Use the order number and access code from your confirmation on the Track your order page. Both are needed.
- Can I order without an account?
- Yes. Guest checkout is available, and you will be given an access code so you can track the order afterwards.
Sizing
- What if my measurements are outside the accepted range?
- The form will tell you. Ranges are per garment, so a value that is fine for one piece may not be for another. Contact support if you need something outside them.
